Woodline leads Kayou Global Consulting with a career spanning both the public and private sectors: federal program management, compliance leadership on major private-sector infrastructure delivery, large-scale technology modernization programs, and government affairs strategy. Her background includes work with international development agencies, government leadership across multiple regions including the Caribbean and the Gulf, and private enterprise clients ranging from construction and technology firms to independent consultancies. That range shaped a practice equally comfortable in a boardroom, a compliance office, or a program trailer.
She is multilingual in English, French, and Haitian Creole, and holds certifications spanning project management, compliance, Agile delivery, process improvement, and AI governance.
